It’s a moment when pain, doubt, and challenges can dominate your thoughts. Our zone is a place that offers comprehensive support at every stage of your athletic journey.
We combine various methods of working with the body to help you recover from injuries, prevent them, build strength, and improve overall fitness and regeneration. Physiotherapy, individual and group general training, massage, dietetics, and sauna – all in one place. It’s a space where you can push your limits and achieve what once seemed impossible.

FAQ
Physiotherapy services range from 180 to 250PLN, personal training from 150 to 200 PLN, and group classes from 10 PLN (Multisport additional fee) to 50 PLN.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Locker rooms are available, so you can change here. A therapist may ask you to undress, so wearing full undergarments is recommended. If you have relevant medical documentation, please bring it with you.
It depends on the service. Sessions last between 20 minutes and 1 hour, and training sessions are 1 hour each.
Yes, we offer a large, free parking lot for our customers.
