I worked with Ewa in preparation for an Ultra Marathon in the mountains. We created a plan for carb loading with detailed recipes, as well as a nutrition plan for during the race and general nutrition habits. Both plans were built based on my personal preferences. The carb loading plan was well-prepared, with detailed instructions on how to prepare the meals and was well-balanced. The nutrition plan for during the race was also very detailed! It really helped me knowing that I didn’t need to worry about nutrition and could just focus on running!
